Coaching Philosophy: GRIT
Kyle’s coaching philosophy revolves around GRIT—the foundational pillars of his approach:
Growth (Mindset): Long-term success comes from a commitment to learning, adapting, and refining.
Recovery: Training hard only works if you recover well. Balancing intensity with proper recovery is essential.
Intensity: Progress comes from pushing the right limits at the right time—intelligent intensity is key.
Training: Results require structure, discipline, and a deep understanding of individual needs.
Kyle believes that coaching is both an art and a science, and his approach reflects that balance—combining data-driven programming with experience-based intuition to help athletes reach their peak.
